Titan 55 Gallon Fuel Tank

55 Gallon*, extra heavy duty, military grade, cross-linked polyethylene fuel tank. For 2013 and newer vehicles with DEF systems. Tank features .250” (1/4”) wall thickness, and comes complete with galvanized steel mounting straps, mounting bushings, rollover safety vent valves, and needed accessories.

Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. This TITAN™ tank only hangs approximately 2.5“ lower than bottom of stock (OEM) tank. For model 2500 and 3500 Cummins Diesels with Crew (or Quad) Cabs and 8 ft. Long Beds.

For model years 2013-2024. For 2500 & 3500 Models (single and dual rear wheel) with Cummins Engines

The TITAN tank is 20 gallons larger at 55 gallons. The stock tank is only 35 gallons.

mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks use your trucks stock/OE sending unit. An aftermarket or upgraded sending unit is not needed or required in anyway.

For those wishing to use an aftermarket sending unit, our tanks are compatible with Fleece, AirDog, FASS, etc.

Fitment of our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks do not interfere nor is there any modifications needed when using them with;
-AMP or other powered steps
-Air bag suspension systems

This tank does not fit the 2021+ truck that comes with the OE 50 gallon tank.

TITAN Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the TITAN tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the TITAN tank.
