Description
The 2016-18 Focus RS is a machine the demands attention and respect wherever it’s driven. The Injen Technology cat-back exhaust system compliments the Focus RS with impressive power, gorgeous looks, and a distinct sound that is unmatched.
Unlike our competition that uses stepped down tubing, the Injen Technology system is a full 3” cat-back unit that is mandrel bent using only the best 304 stainless steel available. Another unique feature of the Injen cat-back exhaust system for the RS is that is utilizes individual resonators instead of a single traverse style muffler. Not only does this provide a unique sound, but also help to free up power throughout the RPM range. Injen Technology also decided to bypass the factory exhaust valve and provides a custom exhaust valve bypass module (P/N 2002) with every Injen Focus RS exhaust system. This allow you to enjoy that rich, crisp sound of your RS whenever you want.
The rear of the Injen Technology RS cat-back system is a work of art and employs multiple slip fittings to allow an infinite amount of adjustment for a precise fit right out of the box. Dual 4” black chrome exhaust tips complete the exhaust and provide a finished look.
Quality Construction:
This Injen Technology exhaust system is constructed from 3” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow and long service life. From there, every aspect of the system is hand TIG-welded by our experts in our Pomona, California headquarters.
Dual Black-Chrome Exhaust Tips:
Dual 4” black chrome exhaust tips are the finishing touch on this beautiful exhaust system. The tips bolt-on for easy adjustments and provide a visual punch that will set your Focus RS apart for the pack!
Exhaust Valve bypass module included:
Injen Technology decided to bypass the factory exhaust valve and provides a custom exhaust valve bypass module (P/N 2002) with every Injen Focus RS exhaust system. This allow you to enjoy that rich, crisp sound of your RS whenever you want and without fear of your valve sticking open or closed when you least expect it.
OE Style Fitment:
OE-Style exhaust hangers are used throughout that utilize the OE hanger bushing that came with your Focus RS. This allows the system to install and flex like the factory system during high-stress situations without any damage. A true hassle-free installation with no cutting required.

Plain and simple, NUMBERS talk! We put in the time to test and prove that we have developed a superior exhaust system for your Focus RS. After hours of designing and dyno testing, Injen is proud to say that the SES9004 cat-back exhaust system puts down numbers of up to 16 additional horsepower and 14 lb-ft. of torque.
